Vivo Systems Software Development Ad Hoc / Contract
As an ad hoc / contract software development provider we offer software developers for all the technologies we support. These services are usually remotely managed by Vivo Systems and the customer providing we can have access to the required information for the project. This is essentially true for quick Ad hoc jobs where the time scale is small, however for larger projects this can be negotiated as it may be beneficial to the client to have a developer present during the software life-cycle.
Contract and Ad hoc rates are calculated on a per job basis, if you are need of a particular discipline which we cater for, then please send as much information as you can to info@vivosystems.co.uk including the following.
For all enquiries we endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours. We will get back to you with a basic estimation, if the client is happy with this then we usually arrange either a phone meeting, or preferably a meeting in person to discuss the needs of the client in more detail.
How do we handle a contract?
A contractor given to a particular client for a given project will usually work exclusively for that client up to the completion of the project or the agreed end of the contract. This may not be the case if the contractor for instance is only required for a couple of days a week or half days etc.
Ad hoc work.
The nature of Ad Hoc work is fast, so as soon as we get back to you with the estimate and the estimate is accepted we can usually (90% of the time) have a developer ready within 24 hours to take on your required work.
Contract and Ad Hoc work will be invoiced weekly.
